Mini Ooty is located on Arimbra hills, top of a mountain called Cheruppadi Mala. it is located in the Malappuram district near Kondotty. At a height of 1050 ft above sea level and attracts large.

The distance from Calicut International Airport, Karipur, Kerala to Mini Ooty is 11.2 kms and the total travel time taken to travel is 2 hours 20 minutes. Via Malayil Road.

Best time to visit

Mini Ooty has a very cool climate as it is situated at such a height. Early mornings are the best to visit and you might be lucky enough to see the hillocks covered with mist n clouds. The place is cool enough even in the summer season.

There are some wayside eateries where you can have snacks n tea. Heard that parking will be a bit problematic, especially on Saturday n Sunday evenings.
